ANSELM KIEFER: REGENERATION SERIES

Regeneration Series: Anselm Kiefer from the Hall Collection will be on view at NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from November 29, 2016 - August 13, 2017. Drawn from the Hall and Hall Art Foundation collections, which together make up one of the world’s largest groups of works by Anselm Kiefer, the exhibition will include approximately 50 major Kiefer artist books, works on paper, paintings, and sculptures from the late 1960s to the present day.

CELIA HEMPTON: ART NIGHT, 180 STRAND
JULY 2016
On the occasion of the Art Night Celia Hempton will create a site-specific installation in a section of the iconic brutalist building 180 Strand that overlooks the River Thames. The new piece is theatre set-like environment that combines abstracted landscapes and bodies, relating specifically to the source of the River Thames; that considers the river as a historical and metaphorical object – one that is ever changing and amorphous in form and gender.

CELIA HEMPTON: THE MAGAZINE SESSIONS

Celia Hempton, in collaboration with The Magazine Restaurant and Fiorucci Art Trust, presents the fourth in a series of immersive performances and environments for The Magazine Sessions. Tor is a sound performance and meander in to the dark web and its inhabitants, in collaboration with musician Sam Hempton and writers Mary Margaret Rinebold and Thea Smith.
