Gianni Politi will take part in "Par tibi, Roma, nihil" a project organized by Nomas Foundation inside the Roman and the Palatine Forum which will feature a group show, site-specific installations and a performances programme. Politi will show "Reverse Sistina" a large scale painting that includes wthin it a section of the artist's studio floor.

Gianni Politi is a finalist of the prize for young artists promoted by V.A.F. Foundation. The exhibition with the works of the finalists will open to the public on the April 13 at MACRO Testaccio in Rome. Gianni Politi will be showing five of his latest abstract compositions.

Giorgio Griffa’s solo show at the Fondation van Gogh in Arles presents old and new works, including a selection of his recent, large-format Canone aureo (Golden Ratio) canvases. Among them is Canone aureo 705 (VVG), created in 2015 specially for this exhibition and paying dazzling homage to Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Night of 1889.

Giorgio Griffa will share his work, his process and his vision in the next appointment of I Martedi Critici, the artists' talk project curated by Alberto Dambruoso. The location of the event will be Palazzo della Farnesina, in Rome.

Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art presents the first large-scale museum survey of the paintings and drawings of Giorgio Griffa. Curated by Serralves Museum director Suzanne Cotter and Andrea Bellini, Director of the Centre d’Art Contemporain, Genève, the exhibition at Serralves presents an expanded selection of more than thirty paintings and over forty drawings dating from 1969 to 2015.
